From reading through the PDF - it says 'Wehn in play mode the control allows you toadjust the volume. Pushing the knob changes to another setting.'

I don't understand what this 'another setting' is, but with all this fuss about not having the visuals on startup, you could impliment the change info to the knob when you hold it down.
