Turn--> Volume control
press & turn--> sound controls (bass, treble, pan, fader, loudness...)
hold, release & turn--> access Menu system

Press & hold L R buttons--> FF starts and a shuttle bar appears at the bottom of the screen, similar to the volume control. While it stays active, you can use the dial to vary the rate. Pressing the dial or the bottom button returns to normal play mode.
