bjoern member Registered: 03/04/2002 Posts: 169 Loc: Regensburg, Germany	I checked the FAQ and searched the forum. I couldn't find this problem described anywhere. Emplode can't seem to detect my empeg on my network if the laptop running emplode is connecting wirelessly. As soon as the network cable is plugged into the laptop, the empeg is detected. Do I need some specific setting? Other internet works just fine. _________________________ 32MB, serial: 10101626

matthew_k pooh-bah Registered: 12/02/2002 Posts: 2298 Loc: Berkeley, California	Try specifying the IP address of the empeg manually. If that doesn't work, log into your router and make sure wired/wireless bridgeing is enabled. Matthew

mlord carpal tunnel Registered: 29/08/2000 Posts: 14484 Loc: Canada	Netmask. If you can reconfigure your network to use 255.255.0.0 or 255.255.255.0 as the netmask, then the broadcast may work better. That's what worked for me. Cheers
