First of all I would like to apologise for the lack of customer
contact or response over the previous few days. We have now moved to
our new offices in Cambridge UK, and finally have our systems back
online.
Outstanding orders are expected to ship on Monday 9th August subject
to receipt of payment or special instruction.
Delivery can take from 1 to 5 days depending where in the world you
are. You will be issued a FedEx or TNT tracking number so you will
be able to track your own consignment via the web if you wish to do
so.
As you are aware the software is in Beta (release 5) and lacks a few
features. Most notably, the tuner is currently a minimal
implementation and play list selection is a little simplistic. It is
anticipated that (non Beta) version 1 will be released in September
at which time you will be sent a new CD, but in the meantime you will
be able to download regular updates from our web site.
You will be sent another email after your order has been dispatched.
