Paul is right, it doesn't take a large drive for the disk builder to fail. I've had it fail on me when I was using it on a 30gig drive, so that's not really that big. Paul has even seen it happen on a 10gig drive.

So whenever I use the diskbuilder I ALWAYS let it run 3 times, just to be sure.
