Okay, I've purchased CalenGoo to use as the Calendar interface. It syncs with gCal, has built-in "snooze", and can be customized to resemble a poor imitation of the Palm Calendar app.

Seems to work well enough.
I've tried about a dozen other apps before settling on this one.
