i just got my new IBM 30GB drive and am trying to upgrade my empeg following the FAQ. all has gone well up until now. when i run the builder util it seems to be ok (finds the pump etc.) but at the very end it says: Error "Bad pump response to device select" occured during stage 0x20.

I have tried this 3 times now but still no luck :( any ideas?
