Are you installing it as an extra drive or as a replacement to the 10 Gig you had ?

ps. the error message you have is discussed on the board on a few places, try a search for 'bad pump response'. There's a few pointers there on things you could do (mostly about the sequence of things to do and how). But with the little info you gave it is hard for me to judge if they apply to your situation as well.
