Obtain some different colored flags and take them to Buckingham Palace. There you will find many tourist groups, including a fair few Japanese groups. Because the average Japanese is somewhat shorter than the average Caucasian, the tour guides use these little flags when leading their groups so that they can be seen above all the Gaijin...Use the appropiate flag to take a group for a random walk.
