I'm not connected with them in anyway but Pocket PC Techs do upgrades for the Toshiba e310. I'm sending in my old iPaq 3630 to have a new battery put in and a memory upgrade as I accidently killed battery.

You can get a 64MB or 128MB upgrade for the e310 here. Isn't cheap though...
