Interesting. With all of those repeated faults on multiple TV's, I'd suspect environmental.

This was on different sources or always the same source? With the TV's installed into the same spot each time? And did other brands of TV installed into the same spot with the same source have zero problems?

Seems really strange to have that many egregious defects in three different TV sets.
