Surely once they have accepted the order then its legally binding?

There was a case involving this recently with Amazon. The finding was that there's no contract until both parties have agreed. Offering something at a particular price does not constitute acceptance of an offer to buy at that price.

At least in Amazon's case, IIRC, they state (fairly clearly) that there is no contract until they've actually despatched the goods.

So, this is not legally binding. You might get lucky.
