Alteratively you could try linuxdoc or SGML, which can create HTML, txt, ps, etc from the same source.

This is awesome - all of the Linux HOWTO's are written in SGML (linuxdoc template). Take a look at www.linuxdoc.org.

As a writer and maintainer of a HOWTO (Oracle 7 on Linux) I know what a pain that txt -> html, etc can be. Trust me and Tony, start with SGML.

In fact there's no reason not to have a Empeg HOWTO.....
