I agree with the dashes on the supposedly luxury Japanese cars. They're like some child's approximation of luxury. (Honestly, I think it's real wood, but, somehow, it seems fake.)

I disagree about the A4's size. The BMW was smaller. That doesn't mean it hasn't gotten smaller over time, but all of them have.

Also, the A4 has a CVT, which may be of interest. I think BMW may, as well. I think BMW has a sequential transmission, too.
