Those messages are "normal", and just mean (in this case) that the drive has yet to finish it's hard reset/POST, and as a result has not yet enabled it's output buffers.

If the *final* "ide_data_test" messages show a mismatch, then THAT is a problem. But in this particular case, the final reads were just peachy-fine. So there's no known/suspected drive connection issue here.
