Okay, after comparing the Acoustibuds to the iBuds, I have the following conclusions:

- Both are successful at making the iPhone earbuds sound better, enough to be moderately usable in terms of sound quality.

- Neither will magically make the iPhone earbuds sound as good as a set of actual fontopia earbuds.

- Acoustibuds stay sealed into my ears much better.

- iBuds sound slightly better, by virtue of getting the speakers a bit closer to my eardrums.

- iBuds do not wrap tightly enough around the earphone to stay put. For instance, when I am pulling the headphones out of my ears, the iBud sometimes stays in my ear instead of staying with the earphone. I may experiment with a touch of RTV around the edge to keep them attached to the earphone.

- Acoustibuds wrap very tightly around the earphone and stay put.
