Yep, that's me all right. I've only been a serious* user of computers for 36 years now. Of course the taskbar belongs at the top of the screen, because... uhhh, because... Ummmm, I'm sure there must be some reason that having it there is better than at the bottom. Let me do some research and get back to you.

I just never realized how little I was getting from my computers, how completely misguided I have been by having the taskbar on the bottom. I'm so embarrassed... blush
