I said that because the original is designed for the lens to fit inside the recess of the fascia. Which means yours will probably be 1/16th of an inch farther away from the unit itself & the buttons as well. Which means the buttons will be closer to the front of the fascia, i.e. 1/16 less of the buttons sticking out of it.
