Was watching TV the other day and saw these new (I think) Diehard batteries for vehicles, that actually have security built into them. A battery disconnect is a pretty effective mode of vehicle protection, and this thing has it built right into it. Uses a remote control to toggle the connection actually internal to the battery, therefore rendering your vehicle power-less. Seems like a real good idea.
'Course, I dunno how this would affect accessories that require a small current feed (I don't know if this is pulled off the main battery or some other source), but I use a seperate clock now anyway for my Jeep so it wouldn't affect me anyway..
