Probably the most egregious change (aside from Greedo shooting first) has to be the replacement of Sebastian Shaw as Anakin's ghost with that of Hayden Christiansen. Ugh. I'm surprised that they didn't replace Alec Guinness with Ewan McGregor while they were at it.
