Ridiculous. I'm sure they are embarrased by what they said but... What happened to responsibility? I hope it's thrown out of court.
Someone backed into my motorcycle in front of a coffee shop in SF. With 5 witnesses standing around gawking at the guy, he claimed that he DIDN'T hit my bike! No one wants to take any responsibility for their actions or words! We're doomed. :-)
