Alright! You sound like you know a thing or two, which is maybe two more things than me. I do know of a place that layers SiO2, TiO2, and a mixture of the two materials onto glass. They're not local, and I don't like the fact that the residual reflection of white light is VFD green. I don't know if the local guys can do anything larger than an eyeglass lense.
