This was in relation to wired telephones, obviously, but, yes, if a service becomes part of the national infrastructure, it should be mandated.


There truly seem to be no limits to your great plans for improving our society. I ask you, is there anything that a strong, centrally-planned government (ruled by the enlightened leaders of your personal choice) can't improve for us?
