tahir pooh-bah Registered: 27/02/2004 Posts: 1901 Loc: London	I get this on my 3 yr old HTPC (Vista) connected to a very old plasma via VGA. Only solution I've found is to Ctrl-Alt-Del. It got so bad I just stopped using it.
