Okay. Here's another set of questions. Those of you just going for the meet, what dates are you travelling? And what kind of prices did you get for the flight? Has the hotel rate been set and do we need to let RobS know about our plans? Will the rate extend maybe one or two days before and after?

As you might be able to tell, I'm a rather trepidatious traveler, at least when it comes to methods of travel where I'm not in charge.
