I'm a heavy smoker/ drinker and I live in California. Over all I like the no smoke in bars thing.
Bars no longer have that 'Bar' smell to them. Maybe it's not such a big deal to me because I don't smoke in my house, or anyone's for that matter.
I think the people that work in places like bars and restaurants probably appreciate it more than anyone.
