OH MAN, not the dreaded customs hold up. I feel your pain man. Do a search on the BBS and you'll find quite a few threads on this. Same exact thing happened to me, i didn't recieve confirmation, AND on top of that it got held up in customs. Just fax em the papers back and it'll be cleared up quick more'n'likely. Just wait til you get the fed-ex bill a month later....
