Your HyperTerminal set up is munging the logs a bit, so things are a little hard to interpret.

The WD drive is showing up as a primary which is good.

The "Stressing /dev/hd" tends to imply that you still have the builder image on that drive. However it then appears the player software runs. Perhaps HyperTerminal is remembering an old session?

Are you sure you applied the builder image to the new drive AND then applied the developer image?
