Find images, select all, drag and drop on the thumb drive. Bonus trick, use "kind:images" in the search instead of by extension to just find any image file.

Here's a video to show how to do it, along with where to go in Disk Utility if the issue is the drive can't be seen by the Mac. It need to be FAT32, or a Mac format to be read properly on a Mac. (Or if it's running a new enough OS, exFAT also works).
