Okay, the FSB was set at 100 instead of 133. For some reason my BIOS considers "Optimized Defaults" as incorrect values. Whatever. I'll put them back for now if you think that will help, but won't this hurt me in the long run?

I'm still creating disks for flashing the BIOS. I still don't understand why I have to do this, considering the board is brand new and it shouldn't have this problem, right? The new BIOS revisions on SOYO's site don't even mention a fix for this. Are you sure it's not something else?
