If it is new, you should have gotten a manual with it that tells what size drive it will support and also what settings the jumpers should be for the processor. If that speed isn't listed in the manual then there some be some information at the website that will tell you how to do it. Or if it even supports it. And if you can't get into the BIOS now you will need to reset the board, there is a jumper on the motherboard for that and it will set it at default, or at least it should.
