Added due to the US legal climate... What would happen if
someone had a collision/ran off the road and claimed to have
been distracted by the moving graphics? Can you say lawsuit?

But by active choice you can get
them back in the car, easily. Just press/hold the bottom
button and it should switch to the mode you left it in.
Same reason TVs etc for the car normally don't operate while
the car is moving.

I do a software update to the player once a week, usually adding about a dozen or so songs to it. I still have trouble getting them all to load without the system locking up at
least once.. but even now I am used to that and its only a small annoyance.
Hmmmm, via ethernet or USB? I was one of those that
originally had problems with hangs with USB syncs.
Version 1.01 seems to have solved it for me...
