There's a new version of the software coming out very soon (for all I know, it may be announced already, I haven't checked the general forum yet), and you might want to be prepared to compile one for that version, too, since it's got one-button-shuffle working (and some other features Hugo showed me that I'm going to report on when I get back from this weekend).

According to the release notes beta11pre does not update the kernel, just the player software, so this shouldn't be neccessary.
