The harmony one is the one with the web interface that is supposed to make it easy to program. I don't care too much about that I won't be using any thing advanced like macros. I just want to be able to use one remote to run my tivo, tv, and stereo. So I can be playing a game and run the stereo without having 3 remotes in the chair.

When you say you can't design buttons do you mean the buttons on the touch screen ? According to the Philips website it has a "Dynamic, customizable user interface"
