I owned a TSU1000 (the original) and it was awesome ... I then ordered the TSU(6?)000 (the ProntoPro) and it sucked -- ridiculous cost and shoddy craftsmanship. My TSU3000 gets here tomorrow and I'm psyched -- It looks like they went back to their roots I have high hopes.

I found after a couple weeks of use that I didn't really need to look at the remote that much -- you get very used to the layout to the point that you know where the buttons will be.
