Considerate people only include snippets from the original message to give context to their responses when multiple questions were asked in the original email, and those snippets are well edited. Inconsiderate people just include the entire thing. Top posting encourages just including the whole thing. That is, a good bottom poster's message doesn't require pagedowns because he's only included a few lines from the original. Just like we do on this BBS.
