Looking at
https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/...nd-h810?lang=en it seems that the array can be changed from raid 1 to raid 5 but the warning on the top of the page about always having a validated backup seems to me that it might be a waste of time trying to change the array type. If you have any type of failure then all that time waiting for it to complete could have been spent restoring a backup or copying the files back from a temporary storage location.
