YUp - I've just started using the left arm along with the right for propulsion at all - used to initailly use right arm+leg then, both legs mainly w some right arm assist... THey're no-tools foldable/removable, so whenever I want (and there are no nurses (or mom) around ).Haven't been licensed for sidewalk climbing or stairs yet so officially they stay on and down...
