Okay. The music partition is fine. The warning is happening with the root filesystem. Do you have any software running (third party) that is keeping the / filesystem open when you try to sync? It is not labeling it as dirty... Hmmm...

I would try the "fsck -fay /" again, but I am not sure it will help...
