Hrmm...ideally, this is not a good idea. You shouldn't have to add exceptions like that. NOD32, of all things, should be able to handle that better...

But there have definitely been issues with false positives with several antivirus programs. I think AVG also had a problem with iTunes recently (what is it with iTunes) where it deleted a file that made it impossible to start iTunes. Preferably, the antivirus maker will learn of issues like this, and you only run the exception until a fix is issued...
