Except for the fact that we're commanded in the Bible to talk about our faith. It's kind of a basic tenet of Biblical Christianity. So it does make them at least disobedient.

That said, I think you and I would both agree that there are appropriate times, places, forums and situations to share your faith, and perhaps mixing it up with stumping for votes isn't one of them.

This is further complicated by those who claim Christ with their words and deny him with their actions. The goats mixed in with the sheep as it were. Personally, I would place most of the politicians who use religion simply as a way to gain votes (from all parties) firmly in this category.
