Humor me and explain why you think so, because I happen to find their order process quite convenient and the site acceptible (not superb though). Like Doug, I've also found their customer service to be fantastic. (and we're talking about over 100 orders in the last few years)

I was wondering that myself. Nothing about the ordering process or UI says 'this sucks' and I don't see any obvious needs for improvement. I've only needed to talk to their customer service twice, but both times they were exceedingly pleasant and helpful.
