That is how 99% of my Amazon orders are done, I click the one click button and the product turns up on the doorstep the next day. There isn't even a checkout process involved.

Their customer service has always been first class when I've needed it, returns sent out immediately, often with no need to even return the faulty item.

I place 50 orders a year with them, they are excellent despite their slightly hodge podge website. And Prime is such a bargain, next day free delivery for me, my father, my wife and two brothers.
