I'll agree on that. Monoprice has pretty good service.

The thing is, there's no reason that would have to change if Amazon bought them. So far, Amazon has been great at acquiring popular web stores and combining the positive features of both parties. Look at Zappos, for instance. They are widely considered to have the best customer service of any store on the internet, and as far as I've heard, that hasn't changed since Amazon bought them. Amazon could continue to let Monoprice run its ship the way they already do, but give them the ability to get their orders out to customers in a better way.
