Personally I think if it´s a free country you should be able to buy whatever drugs you want without prescriptions.

But you should also be able to refuse to do your job. If someone doesn´t like it they can complain to the employer, and it should be the employer´s decision what to do.

The only exception I can think of where people should be prosecuted for not doig their job is in an emergency. Like if a doctor refuses to help someone dying from a heartattack. Or in an extreme example, if you´re the only pharmicist around for miles and refuse to service someone with an immediately life-threatening condition.
