I'm glad you added that last part smile HPs get lost on more PCs than any other printer. I've seen so many computers where the client says they can't print, but that's because their default printer is offline, because for some reason it's been re-added as a second printer that they don't see in their print dialog. This is for USB connections, though.

And don't get me started on HP inkjet printers. They're the worst pieces of garbage that I see in my work. The laserjet business must be really separate. Those are still pretty good (like you said, as long as you have that static IP).
