My 2¢. W/o the router, Is it that your CPU works or will any CPU work when directly attached?

If only your pc, then you may need to set MAC spoofing in the router to match the MAC of your pc.

If any pc works, then first go the factory reset. And re-enter all the settings.

Lastly. I recommend dlink routers.
