In general, how cool do your drives run?
Mine have always been around 45~50 °C in normal operation (which is pretty low in my home server, of course). So, I am not too worried about the 52°C (125°F) of the WD during a mirror rebuild.
I am a bit more worried of the Seagate 58°C (136°F)...
